The estate spans over 60 hectares across the countryside of Monopoli, Putignano and Fasano, including 25 hectares within the protected Parco delle Dune Costiere.

The masseria's heart lies in its organic cultivation of olive trees, producing superior category extra virgin olive oil from centuries-old Ogliarola olive trees. The estate also cultivates ancient durum wheat varieties for fresh orecchiette and spaghetti, alongside seasonal vegetables, fruits, and almonds that appear directly on guests' tables.
